How quickly will I hear back?

Most support requests receive a first reply within 4 business hours. Billing and account issues are prioritized and typically resolved same-day.

Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Carry subscription at any time from Account Settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then.

I found a bug — what should I include?

Please include a brief description of what you expected to happen versus what actually occurred, the tool or page where it happened, and your browser name and version. Screenshots are always helpful.

Do you offer refunds?

We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the platform, reach out within 7 days of your charge and we'll make it right.
